Welcome to the official website of the international headquarters (siège mondial) of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, the international gastronomic society dedicated to bringing together both professional and non-professional members worldwide, who appreciate and share a mutual interest in cuisine, wine and fine dining. In keeping with our distinguishing and traditional Chaîne concept of bringing professional and amateur members in contact with one another, we are delighted to now offer our members access to an online International Directory, enabling them to locate and make contact with professional Chaîne members, such as hotels and restaurants, around the world. You will also find our Calendar of forthcoming events, which details all of the Grand Chapitres, informative and beneficial for your planning and participation at these events. Our list of links to other Chaîne websites will provide you with a taste of activities and events in member countries. For those of you interested in joining our unique international gastronomic society, a list of our Bailliages around the world is now available on our website.
We are sure that you will find the sheer diversity and international geographical presence of the Chaîne, not only impressive but that which distinguishes the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs from other gastronomic organisations.
