The Bailliage’s 2014 annual Gala evening was held at the Four Seasons Hotel.

Twenty-five new members were inducted by Bailli Délégué Victor Papadopoulos who presided over the event in his capacity as a Member of the Conseil Magistral representing President Atallah. In addition to the induction of new members, one existing member was promoted to be a Grand Officier and four members received their Officier regalia.




The black-tie Gala Dinner was attended by 146 members and guests. Champagne Henri Manois was served at the reception before everyone proceeded to the ballroom for the eclectic six-course dinner.

Poached langoustine and lobster

Halibut ‘spectacle’

Slow-cooked beef Wellington with veal confit and foie gras

Gorgonzola and Pecorino cheese

Exquisite filled meringue dessert

Coffee, petits fours

Wines and spirits changed with each course to underline each flavour constellation making the event truly one of fine dining by definition.
