Guadeloupe Chapitre

The annual Chapitre of the Bailliage of Guadeloupe took place at the School of Hotel and Tourism ‘Archipel Guadeloupe’, the centre of culinary art and learning on our Island.

The evening, presided by Bailli Délégué Richard Chaville, saw the induction of ten new members and the assignment of various Bailliage duties to officers.



The aperitif was accompanied by delicious appetizers, all being local produce. Conseiller Culinaire Josette Barlagne, with the agreement of the School lecturers, created a very good menu. To accompany the courses which were prepared and served by students under the guidance of their lecturers, Echanson Philippe Vidal delighted us with his choice of sensual ‘nectars’.

Rémy and Enide Cabarus with their group ‘Gwadloup Bébélé’ enhanced this wonderful evening with their music, leading to the members and guests taking to the dance floor.
