Belgium Lunch

Halle, January 28, 2012

 celebrate our first gathering of the year, nearly thirty members including some Professionals gathered at the Hotel/Restaurant Les Eleveurs at Halle. Our hosts were Andy De Brouwer, the fourth generation at the establishment and responsible for the front of house, together with Sophie Dumont, Belgium’s “Lady Chef 2009”.


It was a sumptuous and refined lunch accompanied by delicious wines chosen with care and passion by Andy – a superb start to the 2012 Year of Gastronomy here in Belgium.
We concluded with a big ‘thank you’ to Sophie, Andy and their respective kitchen and service brigades for their dedication to gastronomy and for their wonderful hospitality.
