China Dinner

Shanghai, November 5, 2011

In bringing together six Master Chefs from the best establishments in the city to prepare a wonderful twelve-course dinner with perfectly-paired wines and sake, Chaîne member Christophe Sadones, General Manager of The Park Hyatt Shanghai, and his team created a ‘talk of the town’ event for the Bailliage of Shanghai.

The Master Chefs were:

- Brad Turley: Chef/Owner, Goga Restaurant
- Austin Hu: Chef/Owner, Madison Restaurant

It was truly an outstanding dinner without professional boundaries – created in a style which never been attempted before in the history of the Bailliage. The amazing culinary skills and hard work of the Master Chefs certainly tingled the taste buds and had the members gasping with joy at the exceptional presentation and quality of every course.

The event will remain a benchmark event for a long time to come.
