His restaurant is now in Turin’s ‘Reggia di Veneria Reale’. The Palace of Venaria is a former royal residence located in Venaria Reale, near Turin. It is one of the Residences of the Royal House of Savoy, included in the UNESCO Heritage List, and one of the largest royal residences in the world. Now restored it is the home of Alfredo’s new Ristorante Dolce Stil Novo.
