‘Christmas in the Kitchen’ at the Grand Hyatt Taipei

Now in its sixth year, it is a firm tradition in the Bailliage’s calendar to have the last event of the year actually in the kitchens of the Grand Hyatt Taipei.

It is a casual gathering and gives everyone involved – members and guests, as well the chefs and service staff, the opportunity to communicate directly and freely.




It is great to see how the steak is grilled and the waiting time is shortened with a chat with the chef. It is also an opportunity to give feedback and thanks to the chefs and staff for their great work.



With only a few tables provided, people are able to circulating thus enjoying each course in different company with a fresh subject to talk about.




The strong turnout, despite the date being immediately prior to Christmas, shows that it is an event very much liked by our members.We are already checking the date for the 2013 edition!
