The Best Western Premier Dua Sentral was proud to host 50 members and guests for a night of culinary delight at the hotel’s ‘Grill 582’.

The evening brought together culinary aficionados who share in the spirit of appreciating fine wines, dining and great company.



Located on level 2 of the skyscraper, Grill 582 serves the finest cuts of meat and the freshest seafood with the open kitchen in full view. This allows guests to watch the internationally-trained culinary experts preparing the mouth-watering dishes.



Award-winning Chef Jaffrey Othman created a contrasting menu where each dish reflected a twist, different from the norm.

Piquillo pepper stuffed with bacalhao,
accompanied by crustacean butter
sauce and squid ink

(Argentina)

The gastronomic journey was concluded with fine Cuban cigars presented to guests by a Cuban master cigar roller at the hotel’s swanky Grand Trinidad Cigar Divan also on Level 2.
