China Dinner

Pudong (Shanghai), January 13, 2012

This exclusive dinner, sponsored by Rémy-Martin ‘Louis XIII’ China at Maggie’s VIP Club at Tomson Riviera, featured an eight-course menu themed on Chinese ‘nouvelle cuisine’ with a traditional touch.

Master Chef Xiao Guo Sun, who recently cooked for international celebrity chef Alain Ducasse, created an all-natural dinner with top, fresh wholesome ingredients such as A5 Wagyu beef (nb. ‘A5’ is the highest grade of Wagyu Kobe beef), giant Matsutake mushroom (paired with Rémy-Martin XO Cognac), and Beluga caviar which was, quite understandably, thoroughly enjoyed by everyone!

   

The well-balanced menu was completed by free-flowing Rémy-Martin ‘Louis XIII’ Cognac and every member went home with a hand-cut Baccarat Crystal glass decanter engraved with the ‘Louis XIII’ insignia.
