Finland National Competitions

Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs and Jeunes Sommeliers

Impressive performances in the 2012 National Finals of the Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs and Jeunes Sommeliers Competitions.

On the last weekend in January, the Bailliage of Finland’s best young chefs and sommeliers came to the Savo Vocational College in Kuopio, in the heart of the beautiful lake district in Eastern Finland, to compete in the National Finals of the Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs and Jeunes Sommeliers Competitions.

As is to be expected, the standard was high but the winners clearly stood out with their steady performances.

Antti Tuononen, representing the Bailliage of Lapland, was awarded first place in the Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs Competition. The runner-up was Kozeen Shivan, with Iida-Maria Moilanen in third place.
