'Nose to tail' eating at The Larder
The Bailliage celebrated World Chaîne Day this year at the Larder Restaurant in Miramar. The Larder, consistently one of the top five restaurants in Wellington, opened specially in the evening for our function.
The Larder specialises in ‘nose to tail eating’ where all parts of the animal are utilised and honoured.
The Italian-themed “dégustation” menu, with accompanying wines, was reflective of the season, passionately prepared and stunningly presented.
