This year’s fantastic World Chaine Day dinner was at Araz Restaurant in district VII of Budapest.

The restaurant invites its guests to a gastronomic adventure, which is unique and intensive, and in which the old and the new create an even newer one. It does not distance itself from the Hungarian traditional gastronomy but melds past with present, and sometimes even with the future, too, by means of the state-of-the-art kitchen technology.

Members and their guests had the pleasure of participating in a very special dinner created by one of the Bailliage’s Maître Rotisseurs, Áron Barka. He imagined a gastronomic tour around the world dedicating each dish to a continent.

To sum up the night we all had a fantastic journey from the first to the last dish and our hosts, Maître Restaurateur Ákos Kovács, Food & Beverage Manager, and Zoltán Géher, General Manager, made sure everything was perfect.
