In Germany we celebrate with a Chapitre for our Professional members only. Meanwhile it has now become an institution to have it at the same time as the Annual National Final of the Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs Competition.

The venue was the Grandhotel Hessischer Hof where not only the Induction Ceremony took place but also the presentation of the awards for the young chefs.

As it is a national event, the Inducting Officer was our Bailli Délégué, Klaus Tritschler who acted in his capacity as Member of the Conseil d’Administration.

The Gala Dinner following these ceremonies is always created and prepared by three renowned Chefs, all Michelin-starred and members of the Chaîne.

It was a pleasure to see the young people gathered around a big table. In the morning combatants in the kitchen, in the evening at dinner companions.

This is the spirit that the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs wants to inspire.
