The National Bailliage, based in Bangkok the country’s capital, celebrated World Chaîne Day with a wonderful luncheon created by Chef Sebastian Fleischer at Fireplace Grill & Bar in the InterContinental Bangkok.

On this special occasion it was also a great pleasure for Bailli Délégué Arto Artinian to welcome new members onto the National Committee, namely:
- Ms. Duangkamol Vephula Waagensen as Chargée de Presse
- Linus Knobel as Chargé de Missions.

Morue in saffron sauce

Classic Provençal lamb

Candied pineapple and mango compote
covered with coconut meringue

In the spirit of the Chaîne the menu was perfect for the moment. Concluding with the delicious dessert, our feast was more than complete.
