World Chaîne Day, the now well-established event connecting members worldwide, was celebrated at the residence of the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Kuwait, His Excellency Dr Hong Youngki (who is a Chevalier d’Honneur member of the Chaîne) and his wife, Mrs Kim Hyojin.

The Safir Fintas Hotel catered a delicious buffet and live stations of Korean specialties for this festivity of Chaîne unity.

A wonderful evening was had by all. The Chaîne logo was everywhere, on T-shirts and hats that were given to all our members, service outfits and an artistic cake that featured a Korean temple.

We certainly enjoyed this special occasion with its delectable Korean cuisine and beautiful melodies played by a violinist and the Ambassador’s wife on the piano.
