Whilst Chef Christian Martena and his wife Maitre d’ Clara were waiting for their new much-awaited culinary venture to be ready, they created an interim ‘pop up’ concept of their upcoming establishment.
As an amuse-bouche to the opening of CLARA, a celebration of Italian modern cuisine, Clara and Christian presented “Waiting for CLARA”.
With roots in Puglia in the deep south of Italy, Chef Christian took the Bailliage members and their guests on a culinary journey with Italian influences and modern techniques, all the while taking pride in working with hand-selected and earth-conscious products.
