In a festive atmosphere and under a radiant sun, the Bailliage of Fribourg celebrated its Jubilee on September 4th in the magnificent park of the Hôtel la Croix-Blanche in Posieux. Seventy years is an honourable age which confers solid foundations and a history, but without lacking a pinch of youthful insouciance. To enhance the uniqueness of the event, all participants were asked to dress in white.

We were particularly honoured by the presence of Grand Argentier Benoît Fragnière and our Bailli Délégué Thomas Kuhn.

While we expected to celebrate this jubilee over a particular gastronomic menu, what was offered was a real spectacle: an exceptional menu composed by eight hands, all accompanied by the orchestra of the Jeunes Jazzistes de Fribourg. Our chefs, who once again overflowed with inspiration and creativity using exclusively local products, not only delighted our senses, but also succeeded in creating a real culinary adventure with two starters, three main courses and two desserts.

Thanks to the support of various local sponsors, all the guests were offered some gustatory pleasure either with the menu or to take away, such as the apron of our Bailliage, created especially for this Jubilee.
