Middle East themed event celebrating this special day
To enhance the worldwide nature of the celebration, we feted World Chaîne Day with an “Arabian Nights” style dinner at Yasemin Restaurant.
The restaurant offers a fusion menu much influenced by the Middle East. Freshly-made dips - hummus, baba ganoush, purple cauliflower cream and muhammara - got the evening off to wonderful start. Zardetto Prosecco Superiore and Spumante Rosé provided the vinous accompaniment.

As a crossroads between Europe, Asia, the Caucasus and North Africa, Middle East region has long been a hub of food and recipe exchange. Our menu for the evening showcased many of the best dishes it has to offer. For example, the fattoush and tabbouleh salad is an acknowledged firm favourite among Middle Eastern cuisine fans.
Toasts were made to World Chaîne Day making it a fun event as well as being educational in experiencing a cuisine away from the traditional European styles.
