Revival of the Bailliage Provincial of Carinthia

As a result of the invitation of our Bailli Delégué Norbert Simon to participate in the event,  140 members and guests joined us from Austria, Germany, Hungary, Italy and Slovenia.

The two-day event began with dinner at the Casino Restaurant “Die Yacht” where Officier Maître Rôtisseur Marcel Vanic welcomed us with gastronomic delights starting with a Champagne reception including a mini brioche burger with foie gras, truffles and chutney.

A most memorable evening, thoroughly enjoyed.On Saturday the Induction Ceremony was held on the lakeside terrace of the Seehotel Europa. Tomaz Ravnikar, Member of the Conseil Magistral from Slovenia, presided over the Ceremony where 60 members were inducted and promoted. He was assisted by Iván Novák, Bailli Délégué of Hungary.

After the reception Officier Maître Hôtelier Jakob Wrann and Maître Hôtelier Renate Wrann welcomed us to their restaurant in the hotel with its spectacular view over the Wörthersee.

Warm appreciation was expressed to the kitchen and service brigades. It was not only the special atmosphere and the beautiful lake resort which made this Chapitre a remarkable event but also the practiced fraternity, art of the kitchen and table reflecting the noble values of our Confrérie!

The Chapitre of Carinthia was a successful revival of the Bailliage Provincial of Carinthia and everyone is already looking forward to the next event.
