Our August dinner was held at CHAR Restaurant & Rooftop Bar. Situated on the 25th and 26th floors of the Hotel Indigo Bangkok, CHAR is a unique dining destination, featuring three distinctive venues. The restaurant is a stunning dining space, offering modern grills and contemporary flavours. Hawaiian-born Chef Nikolas Ramirez presents diners with a unique cuisine transcending culinary and cultural borders.

Bailli Délégué Arto Artinian commented that it was great to have the opportunity to meet so many members and their guests whilst enjoying a memorable evening together in a warm ambiance.

The delicate Californian cuisine prepared by Chef Ramirez and the CHAR team, was complemented by wonderful wine pairings chosen by Échanson Thomas Schmelter.

All in all it was a joyful evening and everyone is now looking forward to the next event in October.
