To celebrate 40 years of the Chaîne in the State of Victoria, this Chapitre is to be held at historic Rippon Lea, a National Trust property 8 kilometres from the Melbourne city centre.

Dinner will be in the historic, beautiful ballroom. Dishes created by Executive Chef Matthew Haigh will be carefully matched with fine wines. A string quartet will add to the enjoyment.

Later in the evening highlights of the 40 years of the Chaîne in Victoria will be visually presented. Some founder members will be in attendance.
