We were very pleased at last to be able to hold this dinner as we welcome Bailli Délégué Don Hall back after one year of resting and now fully recovered in excellent health once again.

Participating were 53 members and guests from Macau, Hong Kong and Vietnam.

The evening started with an attractive pre-dinner light food station serving pata negra, pâté and canapés with Champagne Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut NV and cocktails.

The Food and Beverage team of Wynn Palace prepared a nice menu featuring the genuine taste of fresh seasonal ingredients. Chef designed a different style of food for every course to showcase the cuisine styles available at the hotel. Each course was paired with excellent quality wines.

After dinner, guests enjoyed more champagne and wines in the lounge marking the conclusion of a wonderful evening of gastronomy.
