The regulation evolved with the general protection regulation (GDPR) that has come into effect on May 25.

La Confrérie de La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs already had made strong commitments to guarantee the security and confidentiality of all your personal data:
  • You have control over your personal data, via access to your own membership file,
  • Your personal data are stored and protected at our web host.
The information collected on every official intern form is recorded in a computerized file by La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, whose purpose is the management of member’s account of the association. These data may be transferred outside the European Union.

Users’ personal data shall only be retained for the period necessary for these purposes. Once the retention period has expired, the non-profit organisation “La Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs” shall destroy users’ personal data subject to the applicable provisions relating to storage.

With the GDPR coming into effect, we have updated our terms and conditions of use.

We wanted to inform you precisely, in full transparency, of these modifications.
