Celebrating a quarter century at Trader Vic's

Our traditional lunch this year at Trader Vic’s marked a quarter century of being hosted by the establishment. Twenty-five years ago - and one day prior to the Beach Rotana Hotel opening its doors to the public for the first time - the Bailliage was the first customer.

As if this wasn’t enough of an achievement, Chef Jimmy Sek was there for that first event. He has continued to treat us to amazing dishes right up to this day. The service too has always been impeccable.

The welcome Mojitos and Mai Tais set the scene for a fabulous afternoon. To mark the special celebration, Champagne Mumm ‘Cordon Rouge’ Brut NV was also served (from magnums).
