An event not to be missed!

Bailli Délégué Albert HanKenne and the Bailliage of Belgium have the honour and pleasure of inviting you to an exceptional annual Gala evening including the proclamation of the winner of the National Final of the Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs Competition.

Sponsoring the competition will be the brilliant Chef Jean-Pierre Bruneau (three Michelin stars), and will be organized under the joint aegis of Jean-Baptiste Thomaes (Château du Mylord **), Conseiller Culinaire, and Master Cook of Belgium Patrick De Gendt, Bailli Provincial of Flanders. The competition will take place at the Hotelschool Ter Duinen in Koksijde.

The inductions will take place at the Gravenhof, in its Salle d’Honneur which offers a view of the splendid Wijnendaele Castle. The ceremony will be followed by an outstanding Gala Evening.

The dinner will be largely inspired by the menu that the Chaîne in Paris offered for the first time to the Bailli Délégué of Belgium on September 17, 1952, during a meeting between the Bailliages of France and Belgium.

All in all, it is an event that will be particularly exciting and promising in terms of gastronomy and friendliness.
