Dear Chaîne members and friends

We will be delighted to warmly greet you in Tunisia to celebrate our 8th Grand Chapitre.

This wonderful event will be exceptional because we will commemorate Saint Louis, founder of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs. Born on April 25, 1214, in Poissy, France, he died in Carthage, Tunisia, in 1270.

During the programme you will have many opportunities to enjoy Tunisian cuisine which is considered the finest in North Africa.

This 8th Grand Chapitre will be sumptuous in the style of the One Thousand and One Nights.
