For this Gala event Bailliage members and their guests were hosted by the prestigious Sarova Whitesands Beach Resort & Spa and Hotel situated north of Mombasa on one of East Africa’s most stunning Indian Ocean beaches. Palatial grounds, Arabic architecture and top-class facilities make it a wonderful place to stay on the Kenyan coast.

The Resort’s General Manager, Maître Hôtelier Siddharth Sathe, went out of his way to ensure a perfect setting for an elegant formal dinner.

The décor in the banqueting room was awesome with mood lighting, mirror top tables, abundant fresh flowers and a live violinist.

Chef Gurpreet Singh Mehta, who is the Bailliage’s Vice-Conseiller Culinaire, continued to surprise with a trademark unique menu with perfectly complemented wines.

Immaculate presentation and service showcased the highest standards of the Sarova Whitesands. It is a privilege for the Bailliage of Mombasa to be hosted in this establishment!
