United Arab Emirates Dinner

Bailliage of United Arab Emirates
Abu Dhabi, January 31, 2019

Flavours of Indian cuisine at Namak
" We started our evening with unique canapés bursting with flavour "

We held our first event of the year in Abu Dhabi at the newly-opened Namak Restaurant in the Dusit Thani Hotel.

The name Namak means 'salt' and is the brainchild of Indian celebrity chef Kunal Kapur.  Naturally we were delighted that Chef Kunal was present at our event.

Executive Chef, Rinaldo Boscaro, and Food and Beverage Manager, Massimo Bernardi, are both members of the Chaîne, and indeed veterans in holding Chaîne events. They knew the ingredients to make this evening memorable.

The cuisine at Namak celebrates the flavours of Indian cuisine with some unique gourmet combinations and cooking techniques from around the world.

We started our evening with unique canapés bursting with flavour. Live Indian music added to the evening's excitement.
