World Chaîne Day for us was held in BEBA Restaurant and Bar at the Hyatt Regency Qingdao. In conjunction with the rest of the world more than 30 of us celebrated this iconic day with a creative cocktail party.

We linked to the live worldwide Chaîne feed. We had formal table set ups as show pieces and a picture presentation of the many highlights from our previous events made it an even more memorable celebration.

The fun, highly-spirited party was a huge success with a fabulous creative cocktail menu featuring tasty well-presented cuisine from around the world. Included was Dim Sum, Satay, Beef Wellington, Foie Gras Brioche and Baked Alaska complemented by hand-crafted beverages including bespoke cocktails, homemade craft beers and selected wines globally sourced. What’s more, members were very excited to receive the first World Chaîne Day pin produced by the Bailliage of China and wore it with pride.

As the cocktail party drew to a close, we cut a specially created World Chaîne Day cake for all to enjoy, presented a Certificate of Appreciation to the team thanking them for their fabulous preparation and presentation of the menu complemented with the great selection of hand-crafted beverages. Their warm service showcased the high standards expected of Chaîne.
