World Chaîne Day this year coincided with Bailli Délégué Steven Kahn’s 75th birthday.

Held in the Whisk Restaurant at the Mira Hong Kong Hotel, the menu prepared by Chaîne member Chef Oliver Li was an eclectic gastronomic delight.

Chef Oliver masterfully married French and Japanese culinary dishes, techniques, special ingredients and unique presentations. All of which tingled taste buds and evoked every sense.

Camaraderie and revelry were the spirit as members celebrated. The Chaîne family worldwide was toasted late into the night - which was in fact the early morning.
