26th consecutive lunch at Trader Vic's
" Échanson Sandeep Sathees excelled as usual with some very interesting wine pairings "

Our traditional Trader Vic’s lunch this year saw the 26th event hosted by the establishment. This year Trader Vic's itself celebrated its official 25th anniversary in Abu Dhabi. We have managed 26 events there because the Bailliage held its first lunch one day before the official opening!

The welcome Mojitos, Mai Tais and background of live Cuban music ensured everyone was in a party mood right from the beginning.

As always, Chef Jimmy Sek had curated an innovative and exciting menu for us. Échanson Sandeep Sathees excelled as usual with some very interesting wine pairings.

After service was complete, Chargé de Missions Wolfgang Johannson thanked Chef Jimmy Sek, General Manager Youness Garfa, and their respective teams for another very successful summer lunch. We were all happy to continue into the evening to help the venue celebrate their anniversary!
