Radisson Blu Nairobi’s The Chophouse Restaurant was the venue for our latest dinner which 60 guests attended. The gaka evening began with pre-dinner cocktails in the ballroom’s foyer setting the stage for the amazing menu. A vibrant buzz in the air; camaraderie between members and guests was very evident heralding a sensational evening.

The selection of wines was a delectable sampling from the vast portfolio of the Trinchero Family Estates in California represented locally by Dion Wines. We can attest that the food and wine pairings were flawless!


Hand-cut blue fin tuna
passion fruit reduced sauce
mango and Campari sphere, baby microgreens
sesame spring onion and soy Wasabi aioli

Sea scallops, flamed Cognac butter with black salt

The kitchen meticulously plated each dish with extraordinary style adding flair to the carefully curated meal. Indeed we were treated to an exceptional culinary experience.

We are extremely grateful to The Chophouse culinary and service teams, working under the leadership of General Manager Rob Kucera and Executive Chef Wissem Abdellatif, for making the evening such a success.
