Champagne served throughout the dinner
" from the houses of J de Telmont and Comtes de Dampierre "

Our latest event in Abu Dhabi was a very special one, with Champagne served throughout the entire dinner. The Champagnes were new to the UAE coming from the houses of J de Telmont and Comtes de Dampierre.

The award-winning Catch restaurant is situated within the Nation Riviera Beach Club on Abu Dhabi's Corniche. It features gourmet seafood fusion cuisine using the freshest seasonal ingredients.

Chef Remon Nabil had prepared a wonderful menu for our event. The courses were complemented by five different Champagnes from the two houses, each served in different glass styles.

Following a description of his menu from Chef Remon, Échanson Sandeep Sathees gave us background on the two Champagne houses also the specific Champagnes chosen.

After that, Assistant Restaurant Manager, Biraj Shrestha and his team, swung into action with flawless and attentive service throughout the evening. The whole event was punctuated with the sounds of appreciation from the members and guests as each course was tasted and the Champagne sipped.

At the end of service and in front of the assembled brigades Chargé de Missions Wolfgang Johansson gave the well-deserved appreciation.

From the comments during and after the event, everyone agreed this was a most memorable and exceptional occasion, and one that will be remembered for a long time to come.
