Time flies when you are having fun!  We gathered near the end of the year to say “Goodbye 2019, Hello 2020”

A castle in the background with fairy tale characters as companions during cocktails, mermaids and sharks in the vast aquarium, our dear ‘Chaîne Flag’ revealed underwater by a diver, we could not think of a better way to slip out of 2019 to plunge into 2020!

Within the 800,000 square metres of The Land of Legends Theme Park, Turkey's most extensive life and entertainment centre, there is an exceptional restaurant. Nemo Aquarium Restaurant is a real gem.

The Eurasian menu sets the modern European seafood standard along with the pan-Asian flavours offering an enchanting culinary experience inspired by the world's oceans.

For our “End of the Year” Gala Dinner, a kitchen brigade consisting of people from six different countries worked hard to make this event an unforgettable one.

Executive Chef Anuj Sarkar from India participated in a Chaîne dinner years ago in the city of Bengaluru. We were excited to anticipate what he and his team would create for us.
