Wines: tasting notes ...

Rooiberg Chenin Blanc 2018 - Robertson, South Africa
A dry white wine with delicious pineapple and fruit salad notes. Well balanced with a fresh finish.

Fleur du Cap Merlot 2016 - Western Cape, South Africa
This well-balanced wine was velvety and smooth in the mouth, with sweet, clean fruit notes and a hint of oak. These complex flavours continued well into the finish.

With this flavoursome and delicious Greek feast, the manager and owner of this restaurant went the extra mile to create a successful Greek evening and dinner.

The ceremony followed protocol, starting with a welcome speech by Bailli Délégué Chloé Balanos and finishing with the service and kitchen brigades coming out to receive rapturous applause from the guests.

Needless to say, the evening ended with the famous “Knights of the Round Table” songs.

The atmosphere was so euphoric that nobody wanted to go home so much so that the evening ended well after midnight!
