" an outstanding event at T.U.N.G Dining "

Three years and many events ago, the Chaîne was introduced to Vietnam with an unforgettable dinner event at l’Olivier Restaurant in the Sofitel Saigon Plaza, Ho Chi Minh City, with the goal being to identify, cultivate, celebrate and promote excellence in cuisine and the friendships and bonds that come as a result of enjoying together.

Continuing with these fine ideals, on Leap Year’s Day, February 29th, the Bailliage hosted an outstanding event at T.U.N.G Dining in Hanoi with Executive Chef Tung Hoang at the helm.

For 2020, we have already seen two superb events. This one at T.U.N.G Dining saw guests revelling in a unique, specially-crafted 19-course Nordic-inspired tasting menu paired with wines selected by our team of top-notch wine professionals.
