About the wines

Lourensford Estate Sparkling 2008
In 2019 Lourensford Estate in Somerset West unveiled its Limited Release ‘Cuveé 108’, produced from grapes harvested over a decade ago before spending 108 months maturing on the lees. Cellarmaster Hannes Nel said “This 11-year-old wine is a Brut Zero Méthode Cap Classique with no added sugar and is still crisp on the palate and fresh on the nose, with a vibrant rich finish and aftertaste.”

Mullineux & Leeu Chenin Blanc 2018
Established in 2007 Mullineux Family Wines quickly established itself as one of South Africa’s most celebrated wine brands, both locally and internationally. Renamed Mullineux & Leeu Family Wines in 2013. The ‘Kloof Street’ range is all about freshness, balance and great drinkability.

Cederberg Semillon 2013
Inland from Agulhas, Africa’s southernmost village, lies Elim ward the coolest wine-producing area in South Africa. The cool maritime climate expresses elegant aromas with a distinctive minerality. The fermentation in French oak has added complexity and length with smoky bacon nuances. A well-balanced wine with a crisp acidity.

Jordan ‘Sophia’ 2002
82% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc, 8% Merlot it’s a blend of the best Cobblers Hill barrels and a reserve Cabernet Sauvignon named 'Sophia' after the legendary mother of faith, hope and charity. Well structured, this exceptional wine will have rewarded careful cellaring. Tasting note: black cherry and cassis intertwine with rich berry fruit and hints of vanilla and spice from the French oak. Ripe tannins add to the opulent finish.

Vin de Constance 2015
Vin de Constance is one of the world’s greatest sweet wines. The 2015 is causing a real buzz in the European market. Tim Atkin MW regards it as ‘one of the greatest ever vintages of this iconic sticky’.
