" discussion continued over an informal, tasty lunch "

The Bailliage’s first gathering since the pandemic took hold was held at the Chancheronimo Residence.

Over a selection of hors d’oeuvres accompanied by Maison Castel Cuvée Rosée Brut the 12 members in attendance talked about ideas to increase the coverage and membership of the Bailliage in 2021.

The discussion continued over an informal, tasty lunch.

The home-made brisket was slow roasted for eight hours by Chargé de Presse Marco Albarran and his wife Inés. Side dishes were provided by Chef Marcelo Miretti, a Maître Rôtisseur in the Chaîne and Vice-President of the local Vatel Club Chapter, of Restaurante Parrilla Las Lenas.
