As is now the well-established tradition, we are looking forward to your enthusiastic participation in World Chaîne Day which this year will take place on April 24th.

For the first time we are proposing a unifying and photogenic theme … “let’s dress up” and cook at least one dish with egg as the common ingredient.

What an inspirational ingredient, as simple to cook as it’s easy and delicious to taste. Egg can be prepared from starter to dessert!

Prepare at least one dish - for the most ambitious the whole menu - using eggs.

Scrambled, soft-boiled, baked, poached, devilled, fried… there are so many ways to cook eggs.
