Andrew Caie inducted as Bailli Délégué
The Bailliage was honoured and indeed delighted to be able to hold its Chapitre in the Residence of the French Ambassador, Her Excellency Mme Loan Forgeron.
It was an intimate, distinguished affair with 20 members and guests participating. They attendees included the Ambassador of the United States of America, His Excellency Craig B Allen and his wife, Micheline. Dr Henry Kwok, Bailli Délégué Honoraire, presided over the Induction Ceremony. He was assisted by Chargé de Missions Ken Davies.

After the ceremony, we were regaled with a ‘dégustation’ menu of French cuisine produced by the Embassy’s resident chef.

In her new role as Conseiller Gastronomique, Nicoline van den Berg-Alma gave an appreciative critique of the dinner. Concluding the evening, the staff members were cordially thanked in the finest traditions of the Chaîne.
