Middle East themed event celebrating this special day

To enhance the worldwide nature of the celebration, we feted World Chaîne Day with an “Arabian Nights” style dinner at Yasemin Restaurant.

The restaurant offers a fusion menu much influenced by the Middle East. Freshly-made dips - hummus, baba ganoush, purple cauliflower cream and muhammara - got the evening off to wonderful start. Zardetto Prosecco Superiore and Spumante Rosé provided the vinous accompaniment.
