Thailand Dinner

Bailliage of Bangkok, Thailand
Bangkok, October 6, 2017

Combining nature's elements - air, earth, water and fire - with the art of cuisine
" Making for a unique and eye-catching layout was an open show kitchen surrounded by an exhibition of the latest in modern art "

Our October dinner was held in S Gallery at the Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit. It was wonderful to welcome back so many of our Chaîne members along with their guests who enjoyed an extraordinary and memorable evening with delicate and innovative cuisine prepared by Executive Chef Mark Hagenbach, Maître Rôtisseur.

The evening started at the Restaurant L’Appart in a setting of elegant ambience with welcoming Champagne. Accompanying the fizz was a wide selection of delicate French cheese and premium cold cuts.

Ushered back to the ground floor for a group photo everyone was then welcomed to the main dining room at S Gallery. Making for a unique and eye-catching layout was an open show kitchen surrounded by an exhibition of the latest in modern art.

Chef Mark and his team delivered an extraordinary gastronomic experience with culinary creativity combining elements of nature air, earth, water and fire with the art of cuisine. To complement the courses wonderful wine pairings were organized by our Échanson, Thomas Schmelter.
