French savoir-faire at Restaurant Le Planteur
" With Chef Jean Marc a very special time was spent in the beautiful surroundings facing Lake Inya "

The day before Christmas Eve, the Bailliage hosted a lunch at Restaurant Le Planteur with the menu themed “French savoir-faire”. With Chef Jean Marc a very special time was spent in the beautiful surroundings facing Lake Inya with its wild geese walking among the guests on the lawn.

At the reception tasty canapés were partnered by Francois Montand ‘Ice’ Demi-sec, a ‘méthode traditionnelle’ sparkling wine made in the Jura region of France. We enjoyed the freshness of its fine and delicate bubbles with notes of exotic fruits.
