For the first dinner of 2018 members and guests gathered at Cornelia de Luxe*, a prestigious hotel situated on a beautiful beach in the tourist area of Belek.

A most enjoyable evening full of surprises …
- unexpected opera singing performed by the talented violinist during cocktails
- a refreshing sorbet presented in a colour changing tower of ice
- custom-made ‘Chaîne des Rôtisseurs’ ribbon pins
- ceramic handmade plate gifts

Cornelia’s kitchen brigade prepared a delicious menu full of exciting tastes such as marinated sea bass served with Turkish raki sauce and gurnard fish soup with celery, lemon peel and oyster mushrooms’ extract.

It was a memorable event thanks to the management’s commendable effort and impeccable 'one on one ratio' service by the Cornelia de Luxe staff.

Received with open arms and truly spoilt in so many ways, our Chaîne “family members” could not have felt more “at home”.
