The first summer event for the Chaîne in Dubai took place at Mina Brasserie in the Four Seasons Hotel located in the Dubai International Financial Centre. Mina is a lively and modern space where one can feast on delicious brasserie-style plates crafted by award-winning Chef Michael Mina.

Upon arrival we were welcomed by a beautiful selection of canapés and Prosecco. The terrace location for the reception was packed with the 65 members and guests who joined the event.

Once we were seated for the dinner Chancelier Eleanor Brodie formally welcomed all guests and invited Christina Purba, Four Season’s Senior Marketing Director to give an opening speech. Then Chef Nicola Rossi and Kristina Milanovic introduced us to the menu and wine pairing. We were all excited to start the mouth-watering journey.

At the end, Philippe Gassmann, Bailli Délégué Honoraire of Poland, who had only just arrived in the UAE to take up a new posting, gave the appreciation to the kitchen and service brigades. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality, attention to detail and not to mention the excellent food and wine.
