Our Chapitre took place at the Omni Hotel and Villas, a beautiful resort by the sea. Numbers were limited due to COVID-19 restrictions.

The event began with a lovely reception on the hotel’s terrace where attendees enjoyed the glorious Caribbean weather. Later, the Induction Ceremony was presided over by Bailli Délégué Thierry Blouet in his capacity as a Member of the Conseil Magistral. [Ed. The only Chapitre of the year in Mexico was one of emotion because it also celebrated the 50th anniversary of the Bailliage of Cancún. At the time, back in 1970, this former fishing village was to become the most important tourist destination in Latin America and in fact the world.

The Bailliage is known for the quality of its events. This Chapitre brought out the best of host Bernardo Vera and his team together with the hospitality of Bailli Sergio Gonzalez and his officers.

There are many challenges, but we will prevail with unity, fraternity and good meals.
Members and guests had a delightful time in what was described by Bailli Délégué Thierry Blouet as “an outstanding event with an impeccable dinner!”
