Held at Studio City Macau, the Bailliage’s annual Chapitre was a glamorous ‘black tie’ occasion.

To draw on the PR information on the resort’s website, Studio City has taken Macau to unprecedented new levels as an entertainment destination. The Hollywood-themed studio-concept resort is a thrilling new cinematic-inspired entertainment and leisure destination. It is designed to be the most diversified entertainment offering in this special administrative region of the People's Republic of China. Its stunning Art-Deco facade includes the "Golden Reel", Asia's highest Ferris wheel which straddles the resort’s two-tower hotel at a height of some 130 meters.

In his capacity as a Member of the Conseil Magistral Bailli Délégué Don Hall presided over the Induction Ceremony.

Notable among the international Chaîne visitors were Joe Prasobsook Thawilvejjakul, Member of the Conseil Magistral and Bailli Délégué Honoraire of Thailand, Michael Martello, Bailli Provincial Honoraire of Pacific Northwest, from the USA, Bailli Ian Lancaster and members from the Bailliage of Phuket in Thailand, and Steven Kahn, Chargé de Missions, from the Bailliage of Hong Kong.

During the dinner, dancers added spectacle to the event both on the floor and on trapezes.

Clearly it was a spectacular evening!
