On June 10th, one of our annual signature events “The Chefs' Table Lunch” was hosted at our Bailli Délégué's residence. A highly anticipated tradition, The Chefs' Table is a flagship event in our calendar.

Our Bailli Délégué's residence is affectionately known as “Chateau de ENG”. The grandeur and elegance of the venue provided a perfect backdrop for the afternoon's gastronomic affair. We were immersed in a luxurious, exclusive atmosphere.

Highlight of the event was the exceptional culinary journey presented by the 13 participating chefs. Each chef showcased their unique talents and expertise, offering a diverse range of cuisines that delighted the confrères' palates. The Chefs' Table celebrated Singapore's culinary landscape with a fusion of innovative dishes and traditional delicacies.

The meticulously curated menu featured a tantalizing array of appetizers, main courses, and delectable desserts. The culinary diversity and creativity of Singapore's cuisine was certainly showcased. Vibrant photographs of the mouthwatering dishes were shared, allowing attendees to savour the event's memories.

The Chefs' Table successfully exemplified our Bailliage’s dedication to fostering a sense of community and shared passion amongst its members. Bringing together culinary enthusiasts a platform was provided for connection, learning, and celebration of their mutual love for gastronomy.
