Exclusive event at the Imperial Palace Seoul Hotel
The Imperial Palace Seoul Hotel hosted a very special dinner for our members and their guests in their Selena Banqueting Room which was exclusively decorated with white and vintage gold colours, representing a European Imperial look, and with autumnal floral arrangements.
As the day for the dinner was also part of a special weekend in the country, (October 9th is the ‘Day of Hangul’ in Korea), the whole theme of the evening was ‘Hangul’, or in other words the “Korean alphabet*”.
Calligraphy using Hangul characters perfectly harmonised with the theme of this significant dinner in our Bailliage’s calendar. Furthermore, Hangul was beautifully represented throughout the evening in for example food courses, the menu, table numbering.
