For the first event of 2017, we returned to the renowned Restaurant A in Blue Lake County.

Simply styled in black and white, Restaurant A is situated in Chongqing’s currently most popular commercial district known as Likely Wharf. The well-known Executive Chef and owner of the restaurant, Arthur Zhao has more than 20 years of hospitality and culinary experiences in international luxury brand hotels. His kitchen brigade is famed for its fusion and molecular cuisine, desserts are a speciality.

Forty members and distinguished guests were welcomed on this evening that began with a cocktail reception featuring French oysters, champagne, delicious canapés and snacks.

This debut was followed by an enchanting dinner paired with fine wines indulging us in the world of contemporary Chinese cuisine sparkled with a touch of French elegance.

The exclusive “spring returns” themed dinner was created for us by Chef Arthur. He and his culinary team delighted everyone with an exclusive nine course set menu prepared for this special occasion.

After this exquisite dining experience we, the discerning guests, were invited to the restaurant’s second floor to enjoy complimentary cocktails, whiskey and cigars paired with an amazing live jazz performance.

It was another beautiful and memorable event for all participants.
